Text Message (SMS) Program
With your consent, People’s Medical Transport sends text messages related to your transportation, such as ride confirmations, driver arrival and status updates, appointment reminders, and requests to confirm when you are ready for your return trip. You may opt in by providing your mobile number to our staff, by requesting text updates when you book, or by replying to a confirmation message.
